what you'll need:
1 lb ground beef1 block of cream cheese
1 can of spaghetti saue (i like prego traditional, but use what you want)
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 cup of coke (as in coco-cola)
large jar of mushrooms, optional
1/2 lb of angel hair pasta cooked and drained
let's go:
cook and drain the ground beef, remove from skillet, add cream cheese (cubed is easier)
stir often until cream cheese is melted
add spices, sugar, coke and mushrooms
simmer for about 25 minutes
sit back and prepare for your mind to be blown!

ring-around-the-reuben
oh sweet germany!!
this is a super eary and delicious recipe! your guest will be amazed! with a prep time of...say...15 mins and a cooking of of 25...why not!! right? kn, so here's the skinny...
you make a "ring" out of cresent rolls, yes pillsbury crescent rolls (generic brands aren't as flakey, but use them if you wish) open the crescent rolls and break apart. Lay out overlapping each crescent roll out forming a circle on a sheet pan with the short side of each one on the inside of the circle and the pointy side facing to the outer side of the circle (looks like a sun).
the filling -
6 oz of deli roast beef, shredded
2 oz of deli turkey, shredded
6 oz of sauer kraut, drained
8 oz of swiss cheese (i grated mine)
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 cup of thousand island dressing
mix all ingredients and scoop it all around your "ring: and fold the pointy sections of your ring over the mixture
bake on 350 for 25 mins
stand back and prepare to be amazed!
yummo
